1. Return Eligibility (When You Can Request a Return)

We accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product is not working properly upon delivery
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product is missing parts or accessories

Basic Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging, invoice, and all accessories must be included

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products affected by liquid damage or incorrect installation
  • Software, licenses, or digital downloads
  • Consumables (like cartridges) once opened
  • Products without original packaging or invoice
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Customized or special-order products

3. How to Request a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID
  3. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  4. Wait for approval and instructions

Important: Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


4. Replacement Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will try to provide a replacement of the same product
  • If unavailable, an equivalent product may be offered
  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued

All replacements depend on stock availability.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and verified:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval

Note: Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

If your refund is delayed, please contact our support team.


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is our fault (wrong/damaged/defective product), we cover the return shipping
  • In other approved cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

7. Warranty Support

  • Most products come with manufacturer warranty
  • Warranty claims must be handled through authorized service centers

We are not responsible for:

  • Warranty approval decisions
  • Service delays by manufacturers

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

In such cases, you can request a return after delivery.

Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
