Products are eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or physically defective at the time of delivery

• The product is not functioning properly upon delivery

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is missing parts, accessories, or components

• A return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in original condition.

• Original packaging, invoice, manuals, and accessories must be intact.

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, liquid damage, or improper installation

• Software products, licenses, activation keys, or digital downloads

• Consumables such as printer cartridges (if opened or used)

• Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoice

• Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

• Customized or special-order products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our Support Team within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your Order ID along with clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.

3. Our team will review and verify the request.

4. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

⚠ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Replacement Policy

• Approved defective or damaged products may be replaced with the same product.

• If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product may be offered.

• Replacement is subject to stock availability.

• If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Refund Turnaround Time (TAT): 3–5 business days from approval date.

• Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not receive the refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

6. Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), return shipping costs will be borne by us.

• For other approved returns (if applicable), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Warranty Claims

• Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly through the respective authorized service centers.

• Warranty terms are governed by the manufacturer.

• KHOJOPAO PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for delays, rejections, or decisions made by manufacturers regarding warranty claims.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our Support Team.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

• In such cases, the Return Policy will apply after delivery.

Refund for canceled orders (before shipment) will be processed within 3–5 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
